WHAT A WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Four Days Of Work, One Of Proof.

  1. Monday

    Pick up the work

You get real tasks off a real board, on internal products and live client projects. Nothing is invented to keep an intern busy.

  2. Midweek

    Build with the tools

Research, drafts, code, designs and reports run through AI tools, then through your own judgment. Checking the output is the job, not a formality.

  3. Thursday

    Show it and take notes

You present what you made and get direct feedback the same day. Nothing waits two weeks for a review cycle.

  4. Friday

    Ship or say why not

Work goes live, or you write down what blocked it and what you need. Both are acceptable answers. Silence is not.

By The End You Will Have Built Something.

An internship here is measured by what exists at the end of it that did not exist at the start. That cuts both ways, so here is the honest version of both columns.

You Leave With

  • Work that is live, with real users on it, that you can point at
  • Working fluency in the AI tools most people are still arguing about
  • Feedback the same day you show something, in plain language
  • A reference from someone who actually watched you work
  • The habit of checking output instead of trusting it

What This Is Not

  • Invented assignments that get thrown away at the end
  • Slide decks nobody reads and coffee runs
  • A two-week wait for anyone to look at your work
  • Vague praise instead of a specific correction
  • A guaranteed job at the end — this is an internship, and we say so

WHO YOU REPORT TO

You work next to the person who signs the work off.

ZipLyne is small on purpose. Applications go to Isaac, interviews are with Isaac, and the feedback on what you made on Thursday comes from Isaac on Thursday. There is no layer between you and the person responsible for whether it ships.

HOW APPLYING WORKS

Four steps, about ten minutes, and a CV is optional if your LinkedIn covers it. You hear back either way.

Choose your role.

Every role here uses AI tools daily. That is simply how we work. You do not need to arrive as an AI expert. We care about judgment, reliability, communication, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

Not sure which role fits, or think there is a sixth one? Say so in a sentence.
