Software For Contractors.

A contractor’s software has to survive a day where the schedule changes twice, half the team is on a roof, and the person entering the data is doing it on a phone with one hand.

What it costs today

Where the money goes.

  • Quantities are taken off by hand

Hours per bid measuring from drawings, and the estimate is only as good as the person who was tired.

  • The schedule is out of date by noon

A crew reassigned by phone and a whiteboard that nobody updated.

  • Job costs land after the job

Whether a job made money is discovered when the invoices arrive, which is too late to price the next one.

  • Field reporting means texts and photos

Progress lives in a group chat and never reaches the record.

What we build

The system that removes it.

  1. 01

    Quantity takeoff assisted by AI

Drawings read for measurable quantities so the estimator checks a number rather than producing it.

  2. 02

    Scheduling that survives the morning

Crews, jobs and equipment on one board where a change reflows everything downstream.

  3. 03

    Job costing as it happens

Labour, materials and subs posted against the job while it runs, not after it closes.

  4. 04

Field capture that works on a phone

Photos, progress and sign-off in a few taps, in the sun, wearing gloves.

Questions people ask.

What comes up first when a construction contractor is deciding.

Will the crews actually use it?

Only if it is faster than the group chat, which is the design constraint. If a field tool takes more than a few taps it will lose to WhatsApp, and we build against that rather than hoping for adoption.
