How we use it

We use your contact information to: respond to your project inquiry, send a fixed bid within 48 hours, and communicate about an ongoing engagement if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Inquiry data is processed via Resend (email infrastructure) and stored in our internal systems. We retain contact and project information for up to three years for our records, then delete it.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. We may use essential session cookies to support form functionality. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioral tracking tools.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing go@ziplyne.agency. We'll remove your information from our systems within 30 days.
