What we collect

When you submit a project brief through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the details of your project inquiry. This information is used solely to respond to your request and send a project bid.

When you apply for a position, we collect the information you provide in the application, including contact details, availability, answers about your experience and interests, links, and any CV or resume you attach.

How we use it

We use your contact information to: respond to your project inquiry, send a clear price within 48 hours, and communicate about an ongoing engagement if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Applicant information is used only to assess applications, communicate with candidates, arrange interviews, and maintain recruitment records. It is not used for marketing.

Data storage

Inquiry data is processed via Resend (email infrastructure) and stored in our internal systems. We retain contact and project information for up to three years for our records, then delete it.

Job application data is also processed through Resend and may be stored in our recruitment records. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the application, communicate with candidates, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site: which pages they view, where they came from, what they click, and approximate device and location data. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga), and because Google Signals is enabled it may associate activity across devices for signed-in Google users. We may also use essential session cookies to support forms. We do not use the Meta Pixel.

We do not sell your data. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. To request deletion of any data we hold, email go@ziplyne.agency.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing go@ziplyne.agency. We'll remove your information from our systems within 30 days.
