ZipLyne Agency is a custom software studio led by Isaac Horowitz. We walk into a business, map the expensive operating problems, and ship software the client owns: custom CRMs, AI automation, internal tools, and new products.
This is not a digital-adoption SaaS product and not a staff-aug bench. Diagnosis comes first. The repo, the deployment, and the credentials stay in the client's accounts.

ZipLyne walks into businesses, maps how they actually operate, finds the expensive problems, and solves them with custom software. That can mean a CRM, an automation, an internal tool, an AI app, or a full product. The point is the diagnosis and the software that removes the friction, not a generic package.
How does ZipLyne find the real problem?
Isaac starts from how the business runs today: workflows, handoffs, spreadsheets, tools that do not fit, and work that still needs a person. The engagement is scoped only after that map is clear, so the software targets the actual bottleneck instead of a guess.

Who does the work at ZipLyne?
Isaac Horowitz leads every engagement and is the direct client contact. Larger builds may include senior specialists, but there is no account-manager layer or offshore handoff.
Do clients own the code?
Yes. Client projects are built in the client-owned repo, deployed to the client-owned accounts, and handed over with documentation and production credentials under client control.
What happens after launch?
We maintain and improve products after launch, create new design and AI assets, strengthen search visibility, and help clients build the next useful solution.
How do you productionize an AI app instead of leaving it as a demo?
A production AI app needs application logic plus evaluations, guardrails, deployment controls, monitoring, and a human approval path for consequential actions. ZipLyne treats the demo as the start of that work, not the finish.
