A Booth Deck Is A High-Stakes Deliverable That Took Days.
Trade-show programs represent a brand at its most visible moment, on a booth floor next to direct competitors. The old process took days.
We built a tool that takes minutes and produces output that matches or exceeds what the design team was producing by hand.
A Production Pipeline Instead Of A Design Queue.
DNA archetype library. 12 brand personality archetypes, Explorer, Creator, Ruler, Caregiver, Sage, Hero and more, each mapped to a specific visual parameter set: colour palettes, typography weights, layout density, imagery tone and compositional rhythm. The user picks an archetype and every generated slide reflects it consistently, with no designer required to maintain visual coherence across a full deck.
The 3-pass image compositor. Pass 1 generates the base slide, a hero product image positioned on a contextual background matched to the archetype. Pass 2 overlays labels and leader lines, product feature callouts with typographic precision and no hallucinated text. Pass 3 adapts the composition to the target trade-show format: retractable banner, tabletop display, or folded brochure bleed.
Live pricing engine. The tool pulls live cost data from manufacturing partner APIs, applies margin calculations configured per product line, and auto-populates pricing tables directly in the generated slides. No manual price entry, and no deck rebuilt every time pricing changes. The numbers in the program are always current.
Print-ready PDF and factory portal. Puppeteer renders the final slide deck to a print-ready PDF with bleed marks and CMYK-safe colour profiles. Completed programs can be submitted directly to manufacturing partners from within the tool: the factory receives a structured submission with specs, quantities and the PDF attached, and status tracking updates in real time.
Each Pass Edits The One Before It.
Pass 01, base layer. The hero product image is placed on a contextual background. Archetype visual parameters control background environment, lighting direction and colour temperature. The output is a clean hero shot ready for typography.
Pass 02, labels and callouts. Product features are overlaid with leader lines connecting callout text to precise product regions, with typography rendered at print resolution. This pass uses the image model's edit endpoint against the Pass 1 output, preserving the base composition exactly.
Pass 03, format adaptation. The finalised composition is adapted to the target format: retractable banner at 33 by 80 inches, tabletop display at 11 by 14 inches, or tri-fold brochure. Aspect ratio, bleed and safe zone rules are applied per format, and the output feeds directly to the PDF renderer.
The copy layer. Headline, subhead and feature bullets for each slide are generated by a language model against the product brief and archetype voice guidelines. The copy layer runs before Pass 01, so the image compositor has the final text available for typographic placement.
